Mark and Linda are adoptive parents of a child that was in the Foster Care System. It is through their experiences of adopting a child from the Child Protective Services System that God began to mold their hearts for a far greater call and work. New York 1.27 is that work. The cry of the child in distress has become a “Holy Discontent” to Mark and Linda. Their mission is clear: To Recruit, Inspire and Support Churches and Families to Foster and Adopt Children in Their own Backyard and their vision is true: A Family for Every Child.
